Oakwood Healthcare Systems main campus and heart of operations is the Oakwood
Hospital and Medical Center-Dearborn. The full-service hospital has 615 beds and
is a hospital that has served Dearborn and the surrounding communities for
almost 50 years.
VISITING HOURS
(MAIN DEARBORN HOSPITAL)
General medical surgical units, cancer center, 4 North and 4 South: 11:30
a.m.-2:30 p.m. and 4:30-8:30 p.m.
3 North and 3 South: 10-11 a.m., 2-3 p.m. and 7-8 p.m.
ICU: 2-9 p.m., immediate family only, two visitors at a time.
CCU: 11 a.m.-1 p.m., 3-5 p.m., 7-9 p.m.
Labor & Delivery: Anytime, for patients significant other and/or labor coach
only.
Mother-Baby Unit: anytime for dads, 10:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m. for grandparents, 2-6
p.m. babys siblings (must be accompanied by adult other than their mother),
6:30-8:30 p.m. visitors over age 14.
NICU: Anytime for parents. All others must be age 13 or older and accompanied
by one of the infants parents.
Pediatrics: Anytime for parents, one parent may spend the night, 5-7 p.m.
siblings (no other children).
Psychiatric: 7-8:30 p.m. all days but Thursdays, plus 2-5 p.m. Saturdays,
Sundays and holidays.

Henry Ford Medical Center-Fairlane, part of Henry Ford Health System, is one of
the nations largest ambulatory care facilities with nearly 100 physicians from
a wide variety of medical specialties.
The facility includes 24-hour emergency room adult and pediatric coverage, major
